Meet Terri Harrington, the owner of Tula Yoga.

Terri Harrington (owner of Tula Yoga, Fitness, & Retreats and E-RYT 500 certified instructor) has been teaching yoga for over 10+ years.

After years of struggling to find balance within her daily life, Terri decided to give yoga a try. Little did she know that this decision would change her life forever.

Since stepping onto the mat in 2005, Terri has attended the Raja Yoga Institute founded by Michele Hébert and Dr. Mehrad Nazari where she followed The Walt Baptiste Method of Yoga, Raja Yoga, and the Eight Limb Path of Yoga.

Over the years, Terri’s passion for yoga has grown. Terri’s style of yoga focuses on not only the physical postures of yoga, but the inner practices of yoga such as breath work, meditation, and gratitude.

The name Tula comes from the Sanskrit word meaning “balance” and Asana meaning “posture” or “seat.”

Inspired by the idea of bringing balance into the physical, mental and spiritual body, Tula Yoga, Fitness and Retreats teachers are passionate about helping students balance work and play, serious asana, and fitness practices with restoration, peace, and bliss.
Simply: stay grounded in balance.
